Nicholas C. Wong PE, is the Founder and President of Titan Engineers PC, which he established in 2005 with a clear vision that the firm’s success is driven by the people behind it. He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. Known for his structured thinking, creativity, and ability to bring order to complex challenges, Nick has built Titan through practical problem-solving and a consistent ability to deliver solutions under demanding conditions. His leadership has shaped both the firm’s growth and a culture rooted in accountability, support, and high performance. As he often emphasizes, “the success of Titan hinges on the success of each individual employee under his care.” Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing interests in real estate and design, technology and custom-built systems, and select personal passions including science fiction, cars, home projects, and refined experiences such as cigars and theater.
